- All returns must be in a new, unworn, unused, undamaged condition, and in their original packaging (packing slip, shoe box, dust bag, heel tips etc.) within 30 days after delivery.
- When trying on shoes, please be mindful not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box. Please try on your shoes on a carpet or similar platform, as our soles are delicate and can be scratched. Please place the shoe box inside another box in order to prevent damage during shipping.
- We reserve the right to not accept returns if not in proper condition. Items that are not accepted for return will be sent back to you.
- All items 40% off and more are final sale and not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
- We offer free returns to anywhere in the contiguous United States.
- Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for free returns.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
